ConnecXA provides a platform to connect customers with service providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by workers. All transactions are between you and the service provider.

We act solely as an intermediary platform and do not provide, endorse, or guarantee any services offered by workers. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a service provider.

You understand that we do not screen or verify the qualifications, licenses, or credentials of service providers. It is your responsibility to verify the qualifications and credentials of any service provider before engaging their services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we believe user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. All payments are held in escrow until service completion. ConnecXA charges a platform fee on transactions, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a booking.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the service. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

In the event of a dispute, we may hold funds in escrow until the dispute is resolved. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and the specific terms of your booking.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the service. We may collect taxes as required by applicable law.

Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and the specific terms of your booking.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to fees. Please review individual service provider policies before booking.

If you cancel a booking, the refund amount will depend on the cancellation policy of the service provider and the timing of your cancellation. Platform fees are generally non-refundable.

If a service provider cancels a booking, you will receive a full refund, including any platform fees. We will make reasonable efforts to help you find an alternative service provider.

In cases where services are not completed as agreed, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate a refund request.

Users must not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or any illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) transmit any harmful code or malware; (d) spam or send unsolicited communications; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) interfere with or disrupt the service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates these terms, including but not limited to removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement.

You agree not to circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures, payment systems, or other protective measures implemented by us or our service providers.

Any attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or feedback is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

ConnecXA is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or services provided by workers. Users interact with service providers at their own risk.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of services provided by third-party workers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from services provided by workers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

All content on the ConnecXA platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ConnecXA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you post on the platform. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You agree not to use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
